Richmond Va

I was subpoenaed to testify at a hearing in Richmond on March 22, 2006. I went up the day before and spent the night. When I awoke I saw it had snowed about 1 inch. There was one accident on road 288 where it joins I64 involving 27 cars. There were about 25 separate accidents that morning. The snow and cold had caused the bridges and over passes to become slick.
